I am a UX Designer who’s passionate about creating solutions through design and believe any problem can be solved with the right thinking. From the research to pushing pixels, I love the process and it’s something that fulfills me. When I’m not designing, I’m spending time with my family (my wife and 3 kids), playing basketball and following the NBA, going outside, watching movies, taking pictures of aforementioned kids, and trying to tell jokes (2 out of every 5 are kind of funny). RentPlus is a credit-building product that has over 1 million enrollments. I redesigned the RentPlus Resident Portal, creating a streamlined dashboard where users can verify reported payments, view credit score, and access various tools for financial education.

Rent Dynamics CRM
Rent Dynamics offers a CRM for multifamily property managers and runs a call center that handles overflow leasing calls. To add value, recorded calls were transcribed and turned into a searchable feature. It’s since evolved into a powerful insights tool, letting clients surface key themes from both call and email conversations with leads and residents.

Rent Dynamics began posting program charges directly to resident ledgers, prompting the creation of a review tool for both internal teams and clients to verify monthly charges. With rapid client growth over the past year, the workflow required enhancements to support current demand and future scale.

CityGro provides customer retention marketing tools. I focused on improving the customer portal UX, including kiosk setup, messaging widgets, blast campaigns, and automation flows. This case study focuses on enhancements to the blast messaging product’s mobile experience.
